JKmatic Y-pattern Diaphragm valve is a dual-chamber designed valve for water treatment equipment,it can be actuated by either air or water as control fluid. All internal parts contact with media are made of composite materials with high corrsion and chemical resistance. Special molding process for rubber diaphragm makes high repeated fatigue test and bursting pressure.
Based on its diaphragm valve, JKmatic has developed a series of multi-valve system with advanced technology.which is widely used for multimedia filtration and ion exchange water softening process.
Tehnical Advantages:
1) Low Pressure Loss- Y pattern diaphragm valve, with large seat opening and high life disc permits higher flow rates at lower pressure loss than other comparable valves.
2) Separate Diaphragm Chambers-Separate diaphragm chambers protect the valve diaphragm from the flow stream.This allows the diaphragm to be replaced without disrping service.
3) Long Diaphragm Life- Preformed and stress relieved diaphragm minimize fatigue, maximize valve responsiveness and diaphragm lifetime. The Fatigue strength are high up to 100,000times.
4) Corrosion Resistant- All internal parts in contact with media are made of composite materials. Seals are ethylene propylene for better chemical resistance.
5) Adaptable to a wide range of control devices.
6) Valve is operated by introducing either hydraulic or pneumatic pressure.
7) Working pressure:1-8 bar (15-115psi)
