Product Description

JKmatic made a revolutionary modernization of disc filters in 1994.
JKmatic offers the disc filter, which has a very high efficiency filtration and backwash. Based on the design of traditional disc filters, JKmatic refined and improved the design of disc filters, completely removing the metal parts, which considerably extend the life of disc filters. Because of removing springs from the structure, it could significantly, up to 20%, reduce the required minimum backwash pressure. In addition, the JKmatic disc filters used very elegant and efficient system of the intake/exhaust valve, which greatly simplifies and improves the backwash. The introduction of these new design features significantly improve the quality of the cleaning of disc, saving up to 40% water.

Also unique float technology of the inlet/outlet check valve is used in the JKmatic disc filters that eliminates the water contact with the metal parts, which significantly increases the service life of disc filters.

JKmatic also carried out relevant research and innovation in sealing technology. Service occurs easier and faster with releasable connection technology.

Also, the JKmatic disk filters are equipped with specially designed automatic controller for disc filters, without complex control systems, which are unpretentious and easy to maintain.

In recent years, JKmatic also officially launched a special line of disc filters for seawater, which is intended for the filtration of brackish water. Compared with disc filters of conventional design, they are more resistant to corrosion, and do not give the water to contact with the metal parts.

The JK-Matic disc filters are divided into 2 "and 3" two sizes, each size has five types of filtration accuracy, respectively: 200μm, 130μm, 100μm, 50μm, 20μm. Now, we have New 5um and 10um as well. contact us for more details. 

 

Raw water quality category

Municipal tap water, the well water extracted from the stable aquifer;

General information: cooling water cycle, surface water after the sedimentation, the wastewater after the effective deposition and full biological treatment.

Contaminated: underground water extracted from the low quality aquifer, wastewater after the effective deposition, rarely conducted biological treatment surface water with a large number of active microorganisms.

Very contaminated: the well water or water with a high content of iron and manganese; surface waters affected by the floods with no drainage system, without sedimentation and biological treatment.
