What's the difference between JKmatic Disc Filter and other Disc Filter? 

Jkmatic disc filter is a selective water treatment filteration equipment with its own patented technology. It is the only spring-free and metal-free disc filter in the world.

Based on its patent technology,  JKmatic has officially launched a special line of disc filters for seawater, which is intended for the filtration of brackish water and Sea water Desalination project. Compared with disc filters of conventional design, it has higher corrsion and chemical resistance and do not give the water to contact with the metal parts.

Whats more, JKmatic Disc filter has a very high filtration grade as 5 micron and backwash pressure lower as 1.2 bar, saving water up to 40% and energy up to 20%. The repeated fatigue test can reach more than 100,000 times,bursting pressure can reach more than 32 bar. It significantly improves the product overall performance and life-span.

The JK-Matic disc filters are divided into 2 "and 3" two sizes, each size has five types of filtration accuracy, respectively: 200μm, 130μm, 100μm, 50μm, 20μm. Now, we have New 5um and 10um as well. contact us for more details. 

 

Raw water quality category

Municipal tap water, the well water extracted from the stable aquifer;

General information: cooling water cycle, surface water after the sedimentation, the wastewater after the effective deposition and full biological treatment.

Contaminated: underground water extracted from the low quality aquifer, wastewater after the effective deposition, rarely conducted biological treatment surface water with a large number of active microorganisms.
